App Type: Personal Finance Management (Does not connect to bank)
Cost: $62.99
Availability: iOS

This app uses a virtual version of the old-fashioned envelope system to help you budget your money. Whilst it’s not the cheapest app on the market, for those of us who like to be able to visualise things easily, it could be the way to go.

Budget allows you to do all the things the other apps do, such as track expenses, monitor savings goals, sync with your partner, monitor cash flow and analyse your spending patterns.

While this app isn’t Australia specific, Australians can still use it and it’s one of the most popular budgeting apps on the web.
