Through the process clients learn the exact process needed to get the body back in balance and overcome disease and symptoms. Symptoms are not the disease but a cry from the body for help. Looking for the root cause is key to overcoming disease.

Veronica works as a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner helping women overcome menopausal symptoms like bone loss, weight gain hormone and mineral imbalance. She uses functional lab tests specific to each woman’s complaints, and than works to correct those imbalances with food, lifestyle changes, and some supplementation.

Clients run their own lab tests from home and are used as educational and investigative tools to find the root causes of symptoms. She does not diagnose or treat diseases, but works on everything in a non-specific manner, removing interference, restoring vitality, returning the body to health. Our motto is “Test, Don’t Guess!”

As many holistic Health Practitioners, Veronica’s path to helping others to feel better, began when she, herself, started having many health issues a few years ago, including unbearable menopausal symptoms and fibroids. Doctors couldn’t figure out causes of symptoms, and wanted to put her on hormone replacement therapy, and was told she needed to have a hysterectomy. After discovering that a mineral imbalance was at the root of her fibroids, migraines, brain fog, hormone imbalance, bone loss, depression, and energy loss, she chose natural methods and worked to overcome her issues. 

Even years of healthy eating did not keep her from bone loss, which is an important part to balancing minerals. And she lost over 30 pounds in the process. This was huge for her, considering she has spent most of her life yo-yo dieting, losing and gaining the same 20 lbs.! She then went on to study functional medicine so she could not only help herself but others who also suffer with chronic conditions.
